Family Sewing Fun: Holiday Tree!

One of my favorite memories from childhood was the Stuffed Tree my Gran made. She made it sometime in the 60s and my sister still has it today. It's seen better days but it's never feels like the holidays without that little guy! It's also a huge argument each year as to "who's tree it is"...it's MINE. Ahem. I digress. 

So. Let's. Make. Memories! In this class adults and their kids can make these little treasures together! There is a large version (16" tall) and a mini-tree version (9" tall). In this class we will have enough time for each student to learn the ins and outs of the sewing machine while creating one tree of their own. If there is time we can make more. <3

REGISTRATION IS FOR 1 PARTICIPANT: I.E. If you are a parent and 2 kids, you would sign up for 3 spots in class. :-) 

KIDS MAY ATTEND WITHOUT PARENTS AS WELL!

Supplies List: 

Large Tree (16" Tree):

• 2 yards of cotton fabric for the large tree (16") or
• 32 oz of poly fiberfill (stuffing)
• OPTIONAL: Choose one or all three! (this may have to be sewn at home of we don't have time in class)
• Ribbons (one spool of 1/4 in ribbon)
• Pompom for top (or 3 bells)
• 12 bells

Small Tree (9" Tree):

• 1.25 yards of cotton fabric for the large tree (16") or
• 32 oz of poly fiberfill (stuffing)
• OPTIONAL: Choose one or all three! (this may have to be sewn at home of we don't have time in class)
• Ribbons (one spool of 1/4 in ribbon)
• Pompom for top (or 3 bells)
• 12 bells

Class Level: This class is for sewists 7 years and up. No previous experience with a machine is required.

Cancellation/Return Policy: No refunds are offered for classes or camps. Cancellations received 72 hours before class start, will be able to redistribute their class fees to another class/camp. Cancellations received less than 72 hours before class start or no-shows forfeit their class fees. We are unable guarantee the same class or session will be available for rescheduling. Arriving more than 30 minutes late for class may be a forfeit of class fees. COVID and any other government mandated shutdowns have the same cancellation/Return policy.
