Fashion Design (Mondays)

We're bringing our popular Fashion Design class to our after school programing! In this class each student will design, cut and construct their own individual fashion design. We're so excited! 

The first week. we will talk about choosing designs, finding patterns, and how to choose fabric that lends itself to both the pattern and the style you want to create. The second week you'll work on reading patterns and cutting your fabric out as a group. After that, it's off to the races and you will go at your own pace, with teacher assistance. It's time to take off to your next sewing adventure! All supplies 

Note: This class is for intermediate to advanced students who have taken multiple MADE classes and are very comfortable with using the machine and making projects. 

2025-2026 Sessions

Day: Mondays: 10 weeks

Fall Session (10 weeks): 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, 12/1, 12/8 (no class Thanksgiving Week)

Winter Session (10 weeks): January-March will begin in December 2025

Spring Session: April-June Signup will begin in February 2026

Time: 4:00-6:00

Age of Student: 5th grade and up, with prior experience sewing with MADE or equivalent experience.

Classroom Location: Made Sewing Studios (124 N 103rd St, Suite A)

Supplies needed for class:

• All materials are provided for this class.

Please also bring:

• A mask that will be worn at all times within the studio if needed.

Class Level: This class is for Kid Sewists in 5th grade and up, with prior experience sewing with MADE or equivalent experience.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds are offered for classes or camps. If you cancel at least 72 hours before class begins, we can apply the class fees to another class/camp. Cancellations received less than 72 hours before class begins, or no-shows, forfeit their class fees. We are unable guarantee the same class or session will be available for rescheduling. Arriving more than 30 minutes late for class may also be a forfeit of class fees. Please call. Inclement weather, as well as school and government mandated closures, have the same cancellation policy.
