Intro to Serging: Knit Infinity Scarf

Oh, my Friends, it's SERGER time! Look, I know you all have one and are it's in a box still because you took it out and took one look at threading it and put it back. I get it, I've been there myself! But no more, I say! In this class we will teach you the basics of threading your machines, problem solving, and how to do tricky curves and such. Out hope by the end of the night is to make a fancy infinity scarf as well! 

Supplies to Bring:

1. Please bring your serger. If you do not have one, we have two at the studio and will need to set them aside for you so please let us know if you will need to use one of ours. 
2. 1yd of knit fabric. We suggest a heavier weight for your first knit experience. Super thin knits can be very difficult to work with.
3. 1/4 yard of stretch lace. 

Class Level: This class is for Adult Beginner Sewists. No previous experience is required on a Serger but basic sewing knowledge is a plus.

Cancellation/Return Policy: No refunds are offered for classes or camps. Cancellations received 72 hours before class start, can be transferred to future classes/camps. Cancellations received less than 72 hours before class start or no-shows may forfeit class fees. We are unable guarantee the same class or session will be available for rescheduling. Arriving more than 30 minutes late for class may be a forfeit of class fees. COVID and other government mandated shutdowns have the same cancellation/Return policy.
